Thanks to Red Wing Farm for a great farm dinner

Thanks to Rollie and Doug at Red Wing Farm for hosting an amazing farm dinner, and to chef Steven Overholt for putting together a fantastic meal. The meal used the first pig to be slaughtered at the Salt Spring Island abattoir, and the pig was reared at Red Wing. The dinner was a fund raiser for the Salt Spring abattoir, which supports local production and consumption of livestock. A few pictures below.
